Instruction for using the measuring pump/dispenser.

Take the outer cap off. Hold the bottle upright and squeeze it. When you squeeze it, some liquid comes up and fills the inner transparent , . If you squeeze too much liquid out, some liquid will automatically return back to the bottle. It is designed to hold 10ml of liquid which for our mouthwash is enough (our mouthwash is concentratedsaccharineand you do not need more than 10ml).

You can then pour it into your mouth.
