SHIPPING POLICY

​

Packages are generally dispatched within 1- 2 days after receipt of payment.

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. will begin processing the next business day. Business days include Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will begin processing on Monday.

 

We currently ship only in Cyprus with ACS Courier or Akis Express.

We offer free ground shipping on the following:

Pick Up from ACS Orders valued more than 60€ and for Door to Door Orders valued more than 70€.  

 

If you want us to ship outside Cyprus feel free to email us with your details and we'll get back to you the soonest with a quotation rate.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

 

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

As we are well known about the quality of the products we are carrying, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please read our Return Guidelines below:

  • The products must be returned to us within 8 days of the delivery date for domestic orders.
     

  • The products must be in their new, unused condition. If an item is opened, has odors or is harmed in any way, then it will not be accepted.
     

  • To ensure that items are sufficiently protected in transit, make sure you use the original package to send them back to us.
     

  • Your package must include the receipt or proof of purchase and also the Return/Exchange Form stating clearly whether you wish a credit to be issued or an exchange with another item.
     

  • We charge 15% re-stocking fee.

  • Please note that you can use your own carriage for returns and you will have to pay for the shipping fees. Return to the following address:

Please note that we do not accept returns on products that have been purchased on promotional prices.

 

 

PAYMENT METHOD

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

If a product you have ordered is out of stock, you are allowed one of the following options:

  • Request a full refund for the specific product, in which cases you should allow 2 business days for the refund to show on your card.

  • Wait for a few days for the product to be restocked. In this case the specific product will be sent to you when it arrives in our warehouse with no extra shipping cost charged.
